Partner management
Build a partnership management system that plays an important role in the company's long-term business strategy. Creating a partner management list makes it easier for you to keep track of processes that work better and more efficiently. The software will assist you with the following:
Add domestic company
On the partner management menu, select the domestic company. The domestic company screen appears.
To add new domestic enterprises of the company there are 2 ways:
Add new: users can add a new domestic company at once
Click the button icon
domestic company screen appears.
Complete the information fields on the screen.
To add a company branch using the add new button
, the branch screen appears.
Enter the full details of the required fields in the form and select
to save the information just entered. The branch list screen appears.
To view and edit the branch information, click on the branch information you want to edit. Select
to save the information.
Hover over the business line. Enter the same data as the business Item.
Assignment of personal data protection duties. Enter information for the department assigned to protect personal data.
In case there are many people who press the button
.
Select
to save the information. The list of domestic company is displayed on the screen.
Import file: users can add multiple domestic company.
Click the button icon
. The domestic company template file will be saved to your computer.
Open the domestic company template file, enter all the required fields in from and save them.
Click the button icon
, the Open inbox appears. Click to select the file domestic company have just entered information, continue to click
. The list of domestic company is displayed on the screen.
To edit information, click any click on the domestic company information. The domestic company details screen appears.
Select
to save your new or changed information.
Select the button icon
to search and filter by the title keyword you want to search for.
To delete domestic company, click the select
that you want.
Add foreign company
On the partner management menu, select the foreign company. The foreign company screen appears.
To add new foreign enterprises of the company there are 2 ways
Add new: users can add a new foreign company at once
Click the button icon
foreign company screen appears.
Complete the information fields on the screen.
To add a Company Branch using the add new button
, the Branch screen appears.
Enter the full details of the required fields in the form and select
to save the information just entered. The branch list screen appears.
To view and edit the branch information, click on the branch information you want to edit. Select
to save the information.
Hover over the Business line. Enter the same data as the Business Item.
