Create request form

You can create and resolve customer requests by drafting and sending emails to a specific recipient list customized to your needs. This software will help you demonstrate the steps of creating the right ticket form to your users:

  1. On the title bar, click on the icon , the Add new requested template screen appears. Enter all required information.

  2. Select , the screen that displays the build form. Drag and drop the information into the form header. You can refer to the pre-written Request Form on the system.

  3. Select , the language support screen appears. Select the language that you need to support.

  4. Select , the email settings screen appears. Select the authentication email and email method you want.

  5. After completing the above steps, click Select . The display displays the link of the requested template and code to embed into your website.

After completing the steps, the customer will immediately receive notification messages via email and respond. The handler will receive a notification to process the client's request.
