Employee management

The organization chart helps users better understand the structure of the company including: details of roles, positions, responsibilities and relationships between members of the company. The software will assist you in processing as follows:

Creat departments

  1. On the Employee management menu, select Department. The Departmental diagram of the company appears

  2. Click the button icon , the add new department screen appears.

  3. Complete the department name and abbreviation fields.

  4. Click save the information you just entered. the department diagram screen appears.

  5. Continue to complete the creation of the remaining departments of the company.

  6. To view and edit department information, click on any of the department models.

  7. Click the button icon to see the list of employee in the department.

    Note:

    • To view the employee list in the department, you must create a list of company employee.

    • In case of clicking employee to the department, in the Search field enter the full name of the person you want to add and click Info again.

    • Click the button icon to delete the user from the department.

    • To edit employee information, click any of the employee information you want to edit. Select to save information.

  8. Click the button icon to view the three or more branches department model.

Creat positions

Create a position within the company that represents the position, duties and responsibilities of the person responsible for the business organization. The software will assist you with the following:

  1. On the employee management, select job position. The position screen appears.

  2. click the button icon , the add position screen appears.

  3. Enter the required information.

  4. Select to save information. The position list display screen will display the information you just entered.

  5. To edit the information, click any mouse button on the information of the position you want to edit. Select to save information.

  6. Select the button icon to search and filter by the title keyword you want to search for.

  7. To delete the Position click select the that you want

Creat employee

Create a list of employee in the company to easily look up information about records, track structure, quantity and and serve operations such as undertaking, assigning and handling tasks of different roles in the company. The software will assist you with the following

  1. On the employee management, select employee. The employee screen appears.

  2. To add new Company Employee there are 2 ways:

    Add new: users can add a new employee at once.

    • Click the button icon the Employee screen appears.

    • Complete the information fields on the screen.

    • Hover over the work unit field, click the department, position selection box. the list of departments and positions appears.

    • Select department, position for employee.

    • Select to save the information. The Employee list is displayed on the screen.

    Import file: users can add multiple employee.

    • Click the button icon . The Employee template file will save to your computer.

    • Open the employee template file, enter all required information fields in from and save.

    • Click the button icon , the open inbox appears. Select the employee file just entered information, continue to click . The list of Employee is displayed on the screen.

  3. To edit information, click any mouse on the Employee information. The Employee details screen appears.

  4. To add a Work Unit to , select the button icon

  5. Select to save your new or changed information.

  6. Select the button icon to search and filter by the title keyword you want to search for.

  7. To delete employee, click the select that you want.

    * Note the case of adding a working unit for personnel:

    • To see the personnel that have been added to the department, the user returns to the Departments section, click on the button icon . Here the personnel list will appear
