Business information

Business information management on software helps to collect, process, analyze and store data securely, efficiently. You can enter basic business information into the application for the purpose of automatically retrieving this information on reports, documents, emails,... without taking time to re-enter manually. This software will help you manage your company information easily as follows:

Add business information

  1. On the Business menu, select Business information, the Business screen appears.

  2. Enter the required information of the fields in the form and select to save the information.

  3. To add a Branch of a company using the add New button , the Branches screen will appear.

  4. Enter all the required fields in the form and click select tto save the information just entered. The branch list screen appears.

  5. To view and edit Branch information, click any mouse on the Branch information you want to edit. Select to save information.

  6. To delete your company's Branch information, click the delete icon .

Create business line

You can create and track business areas more easily and conveniently throughout the company's business. Enter industry code data without searching for whether the industry code is conditional. The software will assist you with the following:

  1. On the Company menu, select business line. The business line screen appears.

  2. To add a new business line of the company, there are 2 ways:

    Add new: Users can add a new industry code in one go.

    • Click on the button , The industry code input screen appears.

    • Enter the industry code, the industry code information fields the user just entered are automatically displayed.

    Add more: Users can add multiple industry codes at the same time.

    • Click on the button , The industry code input screen appears.

    • Enter all industry codes that users want to add to the table.

    • Click the button to re-enter the information just entered. The screen displays the list of industry codes.

  3. To add attachments, users can drag and drop or select the file they want in the box

  4. To add details to industry codes, click the box below the detail column to enter details if needed.

  5. To delete the industry code, the user clicks the select that you want.

  6. Choose to save your newly added or changed information.

Create product and service

Enter product and service that make it easy for you to track, search for individual customers to the business that is using your company's product services. The software will assist you with the following:

  1. On the Company menu, select product and service. The product and service screen appears.

  2. To add a new product and service of the company, there are 2 ways:

    Add new: Users can add a new product and service in one go.

    • Click the button icon , the product and service screen appears.

    • Complete the fields on the screen.

    • Click Select to save the information. The list of product and service is displayed on the screen.

    Import file: users can add multiple product and service.

    • Click the button icon . The product and service sample file will save to your computer.

    • Open the product and service sample file, enter all required fields in the form and save.

    • Click the button, the Open mailbox appears. Click select the product and service file just entered information, continue to click . The list of product and service is displayed on the screen.

  3. To edit the information, click any click on the product and service information. The product and service details screen appears.

  4. Choose to save your newly added or changed information.

  5. Click select to search and filter by the keyword product and service you want to search.

  6. To delete the product and service, the user clicks the select that you want.

* Note the case of adding information The appointee manages product and service when there is a list of personnel of the company.
