Create Checklist

Decree 13 sets out regulations on personal data protection and personal data protection responsibilities of relevant agencies, organizations and individuals must comply. As an enterprise that wants to comply, in order to apply the provisions of Decree 13, enterprises must check the regulations themselves and compare with the operation situation at their enterprises with practical questionnaires, report forms and related documents. This interface presents the options available for selecting question sets, report templates, and other customizations.

I. Create Checklist

You can create and build a checklist to evaluate compliance with the Corporate Data Protection Decree. The softcase presents the options available to the user as follows:

  1. The app list, select the Checklist app, click on the icon , the add new checklist screen appears.

  2. Click on the box to generate a name for the checklist.

  3. Select the available checklist template for data processing content, data control, third party,....

  4. Select the handler to receive and respond to the checklist questionnaire.

  5. Select reviewers to monitor and comment on handler responses.

  6. Click on the icon , the checklist screen appears.

  7. Monitor the status of the checklist to see if the handler has started processing the checklist.

    • Select click the button to delete the checklist.

    • Select click the button to search and filter the checklist

Completing the above steps, the user has compiled a set of Checklist questions to check and evaluate the compliance with Decree 13 on personal data protection for their business.

II. Checklist Respondents

As a user assigned to answer the checklist of the business. To view and answer questions, the software will present the available options, users do the following:

  1. App list, select App Checklist, the Checklist screen appears.

  2. To start answering users, view the checklist questionnaire status.

  3. To answer, click on the checklist questionnaire, and the questionnaire answer screen appears. On the left side of the screen is a question menu, the answers are displayed in the middle, quoting the Decree on the right side of the screen.

    • After completing the questionnaire, you return to the checklist list screen that tracks status and reviewer.

Answer the required questions, select and implement the remaining questions.

To view and edit your responses. Click on the question menu. Here you edit the information and click to save the information.
