Customer management

In the business field, customers are always an important factor and decisive to the success of the business. Creating a customer list makes it easy to look up profile information, build an effective customer segmentation strategy, suitable for the type of customer. The software will assist you with the following:

Add individual customers

  1. On the customer management menu, select the individual customer. the personal clients screen appears.

  2. To add new individual clients of the company there are 2 ways:

    Add new: users can add a new individual customer at once

    • Click the button icon individual client screen appears.

    • Complete the information fields on the screen.

    • Hover over the Product/Service field, click the list box Product/Service that appears

    • Select the Products/Services the business is using.

    • Select to save the information. The list of Individual Clients is displayed on the screen.

    Import file: users can add multiple individual clients.

    • Click the button icon . The individual customer template file will be saved to your computer.

    • Open the individual client template file, enter all the required fields in from and save them.

    • Click the button icon , the Open inbox appears. Click to select the file Individual customers have just entered information, continue to click . The list of Individual Clients is displayed on the screen

  3. To edit information, click any click on the individual customer information. The Individual Customer details screen appears

  4. Select to save your new or changed information.

  5. Select the button icon to search and filter by the title keyword you want to search for.

  6. To delete individual customer, click the select that you want.

Add business customers

  1. On the customer management menu, select the business customers. The business clients screen appears.

  2. To add new business clients of the company there are 2 ways:

    Add new: users can add a new business customer at once.

    • Click the button icon Business Client screen appears.

    • Complete the information fields on the screen.

    • Hover over the product/service field, click the list box product/service that appears.

    • Select the Products/Services the business is using.

    • Select to save the information. The list of Business Clients is displayed on the screen

    Import file: users can add multiple business clients.

    • Click the button icon . The business customer template file will be saved to your computer.

    • Open the business client template file, enter all the required fields in from and save them.

    • Click the button icon , the open inbox appears. Click to select the file business customers have just entered information, continue to click . The list of business clients is displayed on the screen.

  3. To edit information, click any click on the business customer information. The business customer details screen appears.

  4. Select to save your new or changed information.

  5. Select the button icon to search and filter by the title keyword you want to search for.

  6. To delete business customer, click the select that you want
