Activity modeling

In order for a business to launch an efficient personal data processing model, it needs to model the process. The model can be at a general level for the whole business or show details for each department, each role of the performer. From there, there is a direction to handle and adjust the process reasonably. For more information about how to create an activity model in an app, see these steps:

Add data subject

1. In the active modeling menu, select active modelling. The diagram of the company's personal data processing activity appears.

2. Click the button icon , select data dubject, the add data subject screen appears.

   
3. Branch: the location where the model was created

4. Name the Data Subject according to the model of service activities within the company or providing services and products of the business.

5. Click the button to select Data subject type.

6. Click to save the information you just entered. The data processing operational models emerge.

   Note:

   • The operating model serves internally ignores step 2 Industry, field, step 3 Product/service.

   • The operating model of the enterprise's product service, you select step 2 step 3 below

Add bussiness line

1. Click the button icon , select bussiness line, the add bussiness line screen appears.

   
2. Click on the button to select an active Industry Code of the company
3. Click to save the information you just entered. The data processing operational models emerge.

Add product or service

1. Click the button icon , select product or service, the add product or service screen appears.
2. Click on the button to select a Product that you created under Products/Services.
3. Click to save the information you just entered. The data processing operational models emerge.

Add purpose

1. Click the button icon , select purpose of processing personal data, the add purpose of processing personal data screen appears.

   
2. Enter purpose information: specify the goals to be achieved

3. Enter details: specify the role of the objectives

4. Click to save the information you just entered. The data processing operational models emerge.

Add contract

1. Click the button icon , select contact of processing personal data, the add contact of processing personal data screen appears.

   
2. Enter the required fields and attach the Add contract file

3. Click to save the information you just entered. The data processing operational models emerge.

Add processing personal data

1. Click the button icon , select personal data processing activities, the add personal data processing activities screen appears.

   
2. Personal data processing activities: specify what to do when processing data.

3. Type of activity: choose the form of the activity.

4. Implementation department: select department.

5. Detailed description: clearly state the content of the type of activity.

6. Click to save the information you just entered. The data processing operational models emerge.

Roles of parties

1. Click the button icon , select roles of parties, the add roles of parties screen appears.

   
2. Role: select specific roles for stakeholders.

3. Company: Choose role-related companies.

4. Click to save the information you just entered. The data processing operational models emerge.
5. Select to remove the company's personal data processing activity code
6. Click on the table to see the details of the company's operating model.

7. Conditions for creating a personal data processing activity (with a list of departments and partners of the company).
